Fresh Metal, the full-service sheet metalwork manufacturer, has announced increased growth for the third consecutive year, after investing heavily in the latest fabrication technology.
The company has reported a turnover of £2.2 million for the past year, an increase of 18% compared to the previous 12 months. Moving forward, Fresh Metal is aiming to increase its turnover by a further 20% over the next year, in order to position the business as one of the most forward-thinking, cutting-edge companies in the industry.
This recent growth is partly thanks to the business’ investment in the most advanced, revolutionary laser cutting and welding technology.
A state-of-the-art Panasonic Tawers MAG 1600WG Welding Robot System was recently installed in Fresh Metal’s fabrication department, in order to enhance and streamline its welding services, as well as increasing the company’s capacity by up to 30%.
In addition, the company has installed a new laser cutting machine to enhance its metalwork capabilities, which has increased production three-fold.
Charles Corner, managing director of Fresh Metal, said: “To have increased our growth by 18%, particularly in a time of economic uncertainty, is a fantastic achievement for Fresh Metal. The team has worked really hard over the last 12 months to ensure we provide consistently high levels of service and products of an unrivalled quality.
“By investing in the latest technology and equipment we’re able to provide our clients with some of the most advanced services in the industry. The next year is set to be another really exciting one at Fresh Metal, with a number of high-profile jobs in the pipeline, along with installing more new technology to further enhance our offer.”
