Metal Fabrication

Metal fabrication is the construction of items and structures by cutting, shaping, welding and assembling sheet, tube and machined materials – principally steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Precision sheet metal fabrication is achieved using our industry-leading sheet metal fibre laser to produce profiles. These components are then CNC folded using our press brakes. The parts and full 3D drawings are then used to fabricate all orders.

We offer Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) stainless and mild steel welding, aluminium and spot welding. Examples include conveyor work, cabinets, panel work, food processing equipment, enclosures, vehicle parts, hoppers and architectural components.

We recently invested in a state-of-the-art robotic welder, which will assist in streamlining and speeding up our services, reducing lead times for our clients.
